High Court Approved Collective Sales for Goodluck Garden

Forett At Bukit Timah – The High Court has finally approved to the $610 million collective sale of Goodluck Garden. The High Court is shown unimpressed of how managing agent Knight Frank, the condo’s en-bloc sale committee and its lawyers handled the over  transaction case. Each home owners of Goodluck Garden, the 210-unit freehold condominium along Toh Tuck Road in Upper Bukit Timah had to personally went down to court has minority of the owners object and disapproved the transaction. Qingjian Realty then successfully bought over Goodluck Garden and proceed with the next upcoming project on the same site, Forett At Bukit Timah.
